How long does it take to complete the work?

Most work is completed within 24 hours for snow removal services and 96 hours (4 days) for other types of home services.

How are prices calculated?

When you submit your request, you define the size of your property by placing markers at its boundaries. This allows GoRush to accurately calculate the cost of the service based on the size of the area to be treated.

Who will come to my home?

GoRush works with a vast network of self-employed workers in different sectors, cities, and regions. Our skilled workers respond quickly and professionally.

Do I need to provide my own equipment?

No, the worker who comes to your home will bring all the equipment needed to complete the requested task.

How do payments work?

Payment is made by credit card. When you submit a request and it is accepted, GoRush will place a hold on your card for the corresponding amount. Once the service is completed, the amount is automatically debited.

How can I know that the job has started and finished if I am not at home?

As soon as the worker arrives, you will receive a notification via the app. They will take a video before starting and another after completing the service. These videos will be sent to you, along with arrival and departure notifications.

Is it possible to cancel a requested job?

If your request has not yet been accepted, you will receive a full refund. If a worker has already accepted the request, 90% of the amount will be refunded. The refund will appear in your bank account within 4 to 5 business days.
